Shawn Meek (he/him/his) is a product designer and design educator with over fifteen years of industry experience. As a designer who codes, he has collaborated with clients ranging from small startups to large corporations, creating digital products including UX/UI for mobile and web applications, from concept to completion.
Meek has contributed to award-winning advertising agencies as a UX/UI designer and web developer. His teaching experience includes roles at the University of the Incarnate Word, Texas State University, Fort Lewis College, and currently as Associate Professor and Program Coordinator of Communication Design at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Meek’s work has earned recognition for excellence from leading communication design organizations, publications, and journals such as Graphis, Logo Lounge, GDUSA, CMYK, AIGA, American Advertising Federation, The One Club, Rockport, and HarperCollins Publishers.
